The ‘folder’ that can give you back 10+ hours a week

The Custom AI Opportunities Audit

Im sure by now you have heard about Claude Code, or started working with it.

Claude Code works best when you treat it like a digital employee; with a workspace, onboarding, and reusable SOPs it can run on command.

That’s how you start shaving hours off your week (and freeing up time for higher-leverage work).

Here’s the simple setup:

1) Create a “workspace” (one folder = one job)
Think: Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Founder Ops. Keep it focused.

2) Add context (so it stops guessing)
Drop in a few short docs: what your business does, your role, current priorities, and any key numbers.

3) Prime at the start of each session
Start fresh often. Run a quick “prime” so Claude reads the workspace + context and confirms it understands.

4) Turn your repeatable tasks into commands
Commands are just plain-language step lists saved as text files.
Example: “/weekly-report” or “/competitor-scan” → output saved automatically.

5) Use “Create Plan → Implement” to build new automations
Instead of designing everything manually, you ask Claude to plan the change, then implement it across the workspace.

6) Add scripts/integrations when you need real-time data
This is where it gets powerful: pulling metrics, scraping insights, generating reports/slides—without you doing the busywork.

The takeaway:
Stop prompting. Start systematizing. Claude Code becomes reliable when it’s running your workflows with your context.

Very exciting possibilities are opening up with this! A lot more to come…

If you want a practical roadmap for what to automate first (and which tools to implement), we put it into our Custom AI Opportunity Report.

The first round is served, and we are opening 10 new spots for the coming week!

If you didn’t get a spot last round, go secure one now before they close again…
